I realized after looking at our anniversary trip photos that there is not one photo of us. They are all of the beauty we were constantly surrounded by. This is a bit out of the ordinary, but our trip was short and the city was crowded. So here are some of the things we saw and considered picture worthy.

This was our final destination and reason for driving 3 hrs up crazy Highway 1. BBQ oysters were very good.
I really like this one. This is on the way back going across Tomales Rd to get to the 101. Highway 1 was beautiful but a bit much to travel back on.
I also wanted to say thank you to all of you wonderful ladies who commented on my last blog. Your comments brought tears to my eyes. Infertility is very trying but also has so many blessings that come along with it. Maybe someday soon I will write a blog about how I see it. With every bad comes the good. No matter what. Life is entirely how you see, in the eye of the beholder.

My dear sweet daughter, I know your heart aches for a little baby to hold, and I believe it will be sooner and not later. You definitely are the one in the family who was blessed with a tremendous amount of faith. I love you, and I enjoy reading all of you blogs whether there are pictures of you and Robert or not. Thanks for sharing your pictures! I want to go now! Yeah, that HWY 1 can be a doosie...Andy and I took it ONCE from Morro Bay up to Monterey... using a map on a postcard. Once... that's all it took. But wow... did we see some beautiful things... thank goodness for cameras... now we'll never have to drive it again!

Isn't it funny that you are not in any pictures?? I realize that too as we look at trips we have taken just Matt and I.... what beautiful pictures!! You are too cute!
