What a move!
We moved into our new home Saturday, aka the hottest day ever! We had some wonderful men from our ward come help us, along with my parents, Courtney, McKenzie, and Robert's parents. I cannot say thank you enough! Especially to our family. My mom stayed and organized our ENTIRE kitchen. Literally from top to bottom, even our food pantry! She wiped out all the cabinets and cleaned our stove, she worked non-stop. Do you know how amazing it is to have the most important room in your house ready to go the same day you move in?!? Thank you, thank you, thank you Mom!! I may survive the insanity after all. My dad also came to finish the garage door and put up our ceiling fan, which turned out to be the project of a lifetime. Robert's mom, Becky, helped my mom in the kitchen and his dad, Richard, helped Robert lift heavy stuff and re-grout the master bathroom shower. What a blessing to have such an amazing family! If I can find my camera I will post pictures. The paining is done and we had our new couch delivered!! Between that and my kitchen getting organized I am not super worried about all the boxes around. It is already starting to feel like home.
