Taste Panels. Yep, we get to "sample" new food ideas and get "paid" in Foster Bucks and treats. The Foster Bucks can be used at our Foster Farms restaurant. So basically I get free samples of really tasty new products, free candy/snacks, and a free meal at the cafe. It really is a wonder I can keep my girlish figure! Oh how I love working at the Farm.
